Currently not shipping to the US and UK besides lettermail!
Otherwise, I ship worldwide. If something comes up that makes it impossible for me to ship to your country, your order will be refunded asap. 🍉
If the shipping rate states "500€", please do not send off your order.
How long until you ship my order?
Processing time ranges from 2 to 5 working days, depending on my schedule. Please keep in mind that I'm chronically ill and disabled while running this shop alone. Thank you for your patience!
How long until I get my order?
Shipping time completely depends on the distance between your location and mine (see above). I ship by Deutsche Post (letter mail) or DHL depending on your order and once I've handed your parcel to the post office, it's up to them. Smallbizcat cannot be held accountable for shipping delays or missing parcels.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
No refunds and/or exchanges!

Can I pay VAT up front?
Nope, you're fully responsible for any taxes that you might have to pay upon picking up/accepting your parcel.
I never got my order
Please be patient with me and the shipping service. If it doesn't turn up at a later point in time, it might be lost, sorry!
My order got damaged during shipping
Do not accept the package if you see that it is damaged. If unsure, it is recommended to unpack it with the delivery person present. Record any damage before unpacking and contact your mailing service for possible solutions.
My order got returned to sender
In this case, I'll get in touch with you. We will have to double check your address and you will have to pay for shipping again and possible return fees. Alternatively, I could refund your order minus shipping costs and possible return fees.
If I made the mistake regarding your address, of course I will send it again at my expense!
